Considering that the relevant person is not obliged to wait for the response to be given and that he can complain to the Board upon the expiry of the period given to the data controller, the relevant person can file a complaint with the Board within 60 days from the date of application to the data controller, not 30 days from the date the data controller responds to him, and that his issues are subject to the Personal Data Protection Board.
