Electrostatic Powder Paint

It is a powder coating process on aluminum. To enhance the adhesion of the paint to the aluminum surface, the aluminum material is first cleaned through chemical pretreatments, chromated, and then dried to be ready for painting. Subsequently, it is painted either with Corona or Tribo technology, followed by baking at 200°C. These processes allow achieving numerous alternative colors and patterns on aluminum.

Our electrostatic powder coating facility, covering an area of 2,000 m², has a capacity of 2,400 tons per year and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The facility can paint aluminum materials with a maximum length of 7.5 m, a diameter of 0.3 m, and a width of 1.5 m.

With our electrostatic powder coating facility, 2,400 tons of material can be painted annually.

In our paint shop created in accordance with international standards, special gloss and high-level visual criteria are provided. Production can be done in RAL colors or in custom colors according to customer preferences.
