Anodizing

Anodizing is a surface coating process applied to aluminum products. The hard and wear-resistant anodized layer imparts additional qualities to aluminum. Anodizing not only protects aluminum from external factors and prevents oxidation but also contributes to a decorative appearance.

In our state-of-the-art anodizing facility with a capacity of 5,000 tons/year, materials with matte and glossy qualities are produced in thicknesses ranging from 5 to 25 microns.

Anodizing production in our facility is carried out according to TSE and Qualanod standards, and compliance tests with TSE and Qualanod standards are conducted at all stages of production. Thanks to the fully automated infrastructure in our factory, we can produce high-quality products consistently.

With anodizing baths, treatment facilities, polishing, and satin-finishing machines in our factory, we can apply coatings in different colors and tones in various color pools.
